Whether it's compering, impersonating, singing anything from Rock and Pop to war-time favourites or making the crowd laugh until they cry with comedy routines, no one puts on a show like this larger than life Northern girl. Basically, if the cap fits Vanessa will wear it, and if it doesn't fit she will bend, stretch, slap, mold and tease it until it does - and no one wears the cap quite like her. It's fair to say the entertainment world would be a much duller (and much quieter) place without her. Whether the world is ready for Vanessa remains to be seen!
